When entering the venue, you only need to provide the registered phone number. After the staff verifies it, you will be allowed to enter.
We only accept WeChat Pay (Hong Kong version) for online transactions.
In addition to WeChat Pay, we also accept payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
Once the booking of all tickets is accepted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, or replaced.

To facilitate effective crowd control, it is recommended to pre-book tickets online. For on-site ticket purchases or additional ticket requests, availability will depend on the number of people already in attendance. If you make a purchase on the website within one hour after the event starts and receive a confirmation email, you will be allowed entry.
Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we do not have any restaurants inside the venue. However, we have a convenience store available that offers beverages for purchase.
Within a 5-10 minute walk, there are several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores located inside the AsiaWorld-Expo venue, as well as two adjacent hotels.

Take the Airport Express or MTR to the AsiaWorld-Expo Station. Once you exit at Exit B, proceed along the pedestrian footbridge for approximately 5 minutes.

C. Self-driving or Taxi
From the western part of the New Territories, take the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link to reach 6 Sky City Road East, Hong Kong International Airport. The journey takes approximately 15-30 minutes.
